The role

This role involves delivering paid search according to client requirements and targets as well as, assisting the development of Search Marketing strategy for the key accounts, driving growth and maximising our clients’ business performance in search. Key responsibilities:
•    Optimise campaigns manually & utilising bid management tools to deliver on- going paid search performance.
•    Client facing role on presenting campaign performance.
•    Help to drive innovation and creative search solutions to clients.
•    Management of direct reports to effectively manage & optimise campaigns

The candidate

The ideal candidate will have 3+ years experience, come from an agency background and have experience managing direct response clients. The candidate needs:
•    To be able to lead the strategy for their clients and be the main point of contact for clients
•    To be able to lead a team and have the knowledge and ability to inspire the team and progress them in their careers
•    To have excellent communication skills, attention to detail, be a strategic thinker and be passionate about paid search
•    To have experience of bid management tools and ad servers
