The company

This is a top 10 media agency who have a reputation in the market as a forward thinking, creative and entrepreneurial organisation.
They work across a wide range of advertisers (often challenger brands) and are home to some of the coolest brands in UK today for all their media needs.
An approachable and generally fun culture without a lot of the politics that blights some of the larger media agencies, and their focus for digital is strategy, integration, analytics and client servicing.

The role

This role involves planning, implementation, optimisation and analysis of campaigns. The role combines a both a social specialist mentality in terms of building a social product and access to some of the UK’s leading brands through the Company’s media planning and buying heritage. Key Responsibilities:
•    Audience research and creative production, from writing copy and sourcing images, to developing testing plans to evolve the campaigns and improve performance over time.
•    Build and set-up campaigns for Facebook, Twitter and LinkedIn through the use of technology partners or the ad interface.
•    Optimisation and budget management based on both spend and campaign performance metrics. Understanding campaign objectives whether they be direct response or awareness and engagement.
•    Monitoring campaign results, identifying potential issues or opportunities and raising them with the relevant Manager. Double-check campaign run dates and planned delivery of key metrics, making sure the activity is on track.

The candidate

The ideal candidate will be  someone passionate about understanding audiences, testing and technology. The Company are looking for someone who can hit the ground running on delivering a range of campaigns across their clients’ portfolio. Key Skills:
•    1 year social advertising experience
•    A passion for social media and the digital landscape
•    Highly motivated self-starter, who’s able to manage their own workload and hit deadlines
•    Analytical skills including a comfort working with a range of PPC technologies
•    Strong interpersonal written and verbal communication skills
•    Detail focused and meticulous by nature
•    Excellent time management and problem solving skills
