They work across all media channels and have a dedicated Digital team which covers all aspects of Social Media, Blogging, SEO and anything else digital which impacts on PR.

The role

The role involves overseeing social media strategy and creative campaigns across the Company’s clients as well as helping establish digital expertise within the agency and building on the existing team to create a truly standout digital department. Key Responsibilities:
•    Lead your team to execute integrated campaigns, an always-on strategy, content creation (image and video), SEO integration, paid campaigns, blogger outreach programmes & content seeding.
•    Responsible for establishing and maintaining client relationships to the highest degree and will proactively lead day-to-day activity and your account team’s output and well-being.
•    Take an active role in business running, developing avenues to further the agency’s digital offering

The candidate

The ideal candidate will be passionate about all things digital and will have a real understanding of how digital/ social media fits in the communication mix from either an agency or client background. Key Skills:
•    The ability to stay on top of digital innovations and to consult strategically on how these effect the client
•    Held a senior strategist role specialising in social media/or digital
•    Working knowledge of content strategy
•    Strong critical thinking skills and proven ability to create interesting strategy models to answer briefs
•    Experience of working in a client-facing role with impeccable client handling and consultation.
•    Knowledge of leading/managing the full project lifecycle including; strategy development, creativity, project planning, cost estimation and tracking, resource planning and quality management
