Highly successful full service media agency which is totally independent and boasts a mightily impressive client list covering entertainment, music, fashion and retail to name but a few sectors.
They have excellent links to the hottest creative agencies and take creative media planning very seriously, delivering outstanding levels of innovation, client servicing and media results.

The role

This role is to improve the quality of work the Company produce, by empowering the Company with strategic skills and knowledge that will help them produce the very best work of their careers. Key Responsibilities:
• Use knowledge of media planning products, tools and services to  support team to deliver innovative and creative solutions to client briefs
• Work with internal media teams to continuously review plans to look at how things could be done more efficiently and with more impact
• Design and manage research initiatives to deliver more significant insights
• Contribute innovative, fresh ideas for relevant parts of the pitch/plan content – know internal and external factors affecting the client

The candidate

The ideal candidate will have 4-7 years of experience, be passionate, ambitious and curious. Key Skills:
• Ability to think strategically and look for creative solutions to briefs
• Strong numeracy, attention to detail and time management
• Written and verbal presentation skills
• Ability to challenge colleagues and clients
• Ability to brief and manage media owners
• Planning experience across all channels, including TV & Digital,
