The role

  • Manage the out sourced adserving requirements of the department and ensure that everything goes live as planned
  • Tight collaborative relationship with the planners
  • Improve campaign results and analysis and take a technical lead on key clients
  • Push for technical innovation for digital branding including video, verification, mobile and exchanges
  • Deliver innovations and technology developments to radically improve current results and customer satisfaction.

The candidate

  • You must be brilliant with Atlas, Doubleclick and appropriate rich media solutions
  • You must really want to make a difference and push the boundaries of online advertising
  • You must be good with people and able to work well with a strong team of digital planners
  • Advising and Co-ordinating Client /Publisher/ Creative agency solutions – Offering strategic and technical consultation
  • Researching, approaching, testing, recommending new planning, ad-serving (both rich and standard), site analytics, verification & reporting platforms.
  • Continually educating internal teams & clients on latest industry developments & innovative solutions such as behavioural targeting, re-messaging, rich media creative formats, advanced reporting.
  • Working knowledge of basic web technologies including HTML, Javascript and Flash
  • Strong problem-solver and always keen to find “a better way”.
