They are well structured and well resourced! Very good at looking after people and developing their international skills including 2nd language development

The role

This role is for an Account Manager to be a key support on two of the Company’s international accounts. Key Respontibilities:
•    Responsibility for tracking in all paid media channels, across a range of local markets in EMEA, APAC and the Americas
•    Working with the Business Director, local agencies (and possibly a third party auditor) to set new benchmarks, where necessary
•    It is likely the role will require some level of pan-regional buying, therefore past experience within the pan-regional space would be an asset but is not a pre-requisite.
•    Monitoring trends across international markets, keeping abreast of key market changes and working with local teams to understand any resultant planning/ trading implications

The candidate

The ideal candidate will be someone with 3-4 years’ media experience, ideally from a media auditing or a media planning and/ or buying background. We would also consider someone from a client media procurement background. Key Skills:
•    Strong understanding of how key media channels are measured (e.g.; GRPs, impacts, impressions), traded and how they can be analyzed on a cost basis
•    Hands-on experience of implementational media planning – whether within a single channel or across channels – would be invaluable
•    A solid level of numeracy (percentages, indices, ratios etc.)
•    You will spend a lot of time looking at data and figures – an attention to detail and ability to cross-check is essential
•    This role requires a lot of communication with international agency teams, where English is not usually the first language. We need someone who can communicate in a clear and professional manner, but is also friendly and approachable
