Programmatic Account Manager
The Company is a fast growing and dynamic digital media agency run by experienced management teams, who have a passion for digital communications.
The role will involve the development, execution and management of multiple digital media campaigns. You will service a number of key agency clients, supporting the account director to ensure that the team deliver innovative and effective digital communications and high levels of client satisfaction.
• Managing financial queries, spending summaries, media payments and reconciliations as well as ensuring internal processes are met.
• Ensuring campaigns are deliåvered timely, accurately and efficiently
• Helping to identify and exploit new business opportunities
• The delivery of outstanding client service
The ideal candidate will have a passion for digital and an understanding of the digital display marketplace – a thorough understanding of the programmatic space is key.
• 18 months experience in display, search and/or affiliate marketing.
• A high level of numeracy and literacy with strong attention to detail
• Excellent organisational, project management and problem solving skills
• Ability to build and maintain strong working relationships internally and externally
