The role

The Earned Business Director will lead, nurture and develop our performance content proposition across the company’s client base

Main Responsibilities:

• End to end management of performance content campaigns including; strategy, ideation, creation, outreach/PR and amplification

• Developing holistic content strategies encompassing hero, hub and hygiene content across varying formats

• Identifying cross-channel integration opportunities

• Developing clear measurement frameworks based on objectives, role and type of content

• Qualitative and quantitative evaluation of performance content for clients and competitors

The candidate

The ideal candidate will have proven experience working in a fast-paced agency environment with enterprise level clients

Key skills:

• An understanding of an experience with analytics platforms

• Detailed knowledge of SEO KPIs and experience delivering content campaigns to meet performance objectives

• Experience utilising a variety of insight tools such as, Searchmetrics, Google Trends, Hitwise, TGI and Sysmos

• Firm understanding of user experience
