  • It is extremely rare for talent acquired through dot-gap not to work out, but in such a case there is a rebate system in place to help protect your investment which typically takes the form of a sliding scale over 3-months.
  • Our fees charged as a fixed % of employees starting salary and are payable within 30-days of your new hire starting work with you
  • For freelance workers or short term contract hires, the same principle applies whereby we charge a fixed % of the salary.
