<p><strong>The Role:</strong><br />
We are looking for affiliate Manger whose role is to manage and drive one or more key clients across our entire aggregator and affiliate partner base.</p>
<ul>
<li>Be the “owner” of aggregator/affiliate activity, taking and responding to briefs’ from the Digital Account Director.</li>
<li>Maximise the performance of the aggregator and affiliate channels, both from a volume and efficiency perspective.</li>
<li>Proactively identify and recommend new growth opportunities to test.</li>
<li>Support the Digital Account Director in negotiating key aggregator TOB: recommending deal parameters based on analysis of historic performance data.</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>The Candidate:</strong><br />
The Affiliate Manager MUST have/be:</p>
<ul>
<li>The successful candidate will be a proven expert in the aggregator and affiliate markets, and will be able to demonstrate a genuine enthusiasm and passion for this area.  They will combine a rigorous commitment to measuring and maximising ROI as well as a proactive attitude, identifying and recommending new opportunities as they present.</li>
<li>Experience working across a variety of different Affiliate networks in the UK with potential to help clients grow pan European programmes</li>
<li>Strong data analysis, numerical and research skills</li>
<li>Ability to be able to articulate your knowledge of the Affiliate marketplace and your understanding of the different Affiliates</li>

We are looking for a search account manager who will help manage and run the Search team and all the accounts that the company manages:</p>
<p>Responsibilities and duties will include:</p>
<ul>
<li>Delivering outstanding Paid Search results for all clients within set KPIs.</li>
<li>Develop and manage senior level relationships with clients.</li>
<li>Providing account management of the highest level for business-critical clients, including strategy, communication and proactive optimisation.</li>
<li>Building long-term, profitable relationships with all clients and developing their accounts in line with objectives.</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>The Candidate:</strong><br />
The Search Account Manager MUST have:</p>
<ul>
<li>Minimum of 3 years experience in paid search</li>
<li>Strong paid search experience</li>
<li>Experience working across the full spectrum of core paid search techniques</li>
<li>Ability to achieve results for clients and deliver against agreed ROI targets</li>
<li>Comfortable using all the different search technology and Search optimisation tools (DC Storm)</li>

We are looking for an Affiliate Manager who will be responsible for Day to day management of your portfolio of affiliate accounts including reporting, approvals, optimisation and financial reconciliation.</p>
<p>Responsibilities and duties will include:</p>
<ul>
<li>Monitor affiliate activity, analyse performance, identify areas of improvement, and recommend ways to increase revenues</li>
<li>Develop and deliver upon promotional and growth strategies</li>
<li>Negotiation of bespoke commission rates, exclusive offers and tenancy agreements</li>
<li>Recruit new affiliates onto the programmes and remove those deemed necessary.</li>
</ul>
<p>The Candidate:<br />
The Affiliate Manager MUST have:</p>
<ul>
<li>Minimum of 12 – 18 months experience in Affiliate Marketing</li>
<li>Experience working across a variety of different Affiliate networks in the UK with potential to help clients grow pan European programmes</li>
<li>Strong data analysis, numerical and research skills</li>
<li>Ability to be able to articulate your knowledge of the Affiliate marketplace and your understanding of the different Affiliates</li>

The AD will need to work closely with the communication planning teams, so there is a great opportunity to develop your cross media skills,</p>
<p><strong>The Candidate:</strong><br />
The Account Director MUST have:</p>

<li>Digital background</li>
<li>5+ years experience</li>
<li>Brand planning experience</li>
<li>Interest in console gaming and entertainment a must</li>

The Role</strong><br />
We are looking for a Search Manager who will responsible for Management of performance planners charged with running facebook / gdn activity, dictating the Search strategy to local markets and ensure delivery on objective</p>
<p>Responsibilities and Duties will include:</p>
<ul>
<li>Ensuring that all Search projects are meeting client goals/ expectations and quality levels and hitting deadlines and that results are being incorporated into new activity bookings</li>
<li>Assume top level responsibility for specific client budgets including monthly forecasting of spend and ensuring that PPC accounts remain profitable to the business</li>
<li>Ensure search is not working in isolation of other media activities</li>
<li>Oversee bid management strategies being deployed by local markets</li>
</ul>
<p>The Candidate:<br />
The Search Manager MUST have:</p>
<ul>
<li>Minimum of 3 years SEM experience</li>
<li>Good client facing skills with 2-4 years experience of working in a client focused role</li>
<li>Fluent in: English, and 1 or more of the following : French, German, Spainish</li>
<li>Understanding of all the digital marketing disciplines.</li>
<li>Analytical approach to work with the ability to analyse data, disseminate it and make recommendations based upon it.</li>
<li>Extensive use of Microsoft and Apple packages in particular IOS, Keynote, Word, Excel and PowerPoint.</li>
