The Role:</strong><br />
We are looking for an SEO Account Director who will be responsible for formulating the SEO strategy for clients, ensuring this is innovative, best in market and delivers results.</p>
<p>Responsibilities and duties will include:</p>
<ul>
<li>Ensure SEO is playing a key role in our clients&#8217; marketing mix by integrating with senior agency personnel</li>
<li>Be a leader to SEO Managers and Planners and inspire and drive forward their development programmes.</li>
<li>Work with the other SEO Account Directors to develop integration procedures and processes with other departments, particularly those of PPC, Social and Affiliates.</li>
</ul>
<p><strong><br />
The Candidate:</strong><br />
The SEO Account Director MUST have:</p>
<ul>
<li>Proven experience of leading highly successful SEO campaigns for enterprise scale websites. Ideally this should be for a number of websites in different verticals.</li>
<li>Working knowledge of core web technologies, which may include HTML, PHP, .NET, CSS, JavaScript</li>
<li>Experience working with web development teams, whether through agencies or direct liaison.</li>

<p>This role will involve:</p>

<li>Delivering the data reporting and real-time dashboards at the heart of our media strategies for several clients as well as some general evaluation studies within the digital team.</li>
<li>Understanding all the factors that influence an artists’ record sales (both on &amp; offline), Spotify streams or Youtube views.</li>
<li>Mashing the behavioural, transactional, and social data surrounding today&#8217;s bands and artists to create actionable insight that will ultimately deliver real commercial advantage.</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>The Candidate:</strong><br />
The Data Analyst MUST have:</p>
<ul>
<li>PASSION FOR MUSIC IS A MUST- keeping up-to-date with music industry developments, particularly around analysis techniques and data technology that may help to drive our Charttrack product forward.</li>
<li>ADVANCED EXCEL SKILLS</li>
<li>1 year’s worth of evaluation &amp; reporting experience within a business environment.</li>

The Role:</strong><br />
We are looking for a DSP Manager who will take a key role in managing the regional planning and buying on all clients using DSPs, reporting in to an Head of Exchange Strategy &amp; Head of Ad Ops</p>
<p>Responsibilities and duties will include:</p>
<ul>
<li>Working closely with Adnetik and similar platforms to understand their products and capabilities</li>
<li>Help to facilitate growth through delivering performance across the exchange space, and in particular Adnetik. This will include responsibility for monitoring commercial results.</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>The Candidate:</strong><br />
The Exchange Manager MUST have/be:</p>
<ul>
<li>A complete understanding of all display media, and in particular DSPs &amp; Exchanges.</li>
<li>An understanding of the differences between Media channels and how each is approached and measured from a planning/buying perspective</li>
<li>Previous experience working on Exchange campaign optimisation</li>
<li>Previous experience working on Digital Display Media</li>
