As Business Director, you will:</p>
<ul>
<li> Be responsible and accountable for day-to-day client service and output across the teams, whilst reporting to Managing Director and Chief Strategy Officer</li>
<li> Develop strong senior / middle management day-to-day client relationships with regular dialogue and attendance at relevant meetings.</li>
<li> Be responsible for delivery of forecast spend for the client by channel and for all Finance KPIs in the teams.</li>
<li> Deliver an integrated approach to management, communication planning and trading.</li>
<li> Ensure seamless co-ordination with the strategy members of the team when a brief hits the system and in converting strategy into great media plans</li>
<li> Mentor Group Account Directors and play an active and supportive role in developing and motivating them.</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>About the Person</strong><br />
You will:</p>
<ul>
<li> Posses over 10 years experience in a recognised UK Media agency, coupled with demonstrable experience of being a standalone client handler (ideally a blue chip multi brand portfolio client) and being the primary digital contact on a substantial piece of business</li>
<li> Possess strong management skills (both up and down) and be commercially aware and financially astute.</li>
<li> Possess excellent communications skills and the ability to present/sell both creative and media strategies to senior marketing clients</li>
<li> Have an excellent grasp of integrated marketing communication strategies</li>
<li> Ideally possess experience working within entertainment or broadcast markets.</li>

<li> Work collaboratively with your offline colleagues to ensure digital is integrated in wider communications plans.</li>
<li> Manage and mentor growing team of Digital Account Directors, Managers and Executives.</li>
<li> Plan and forecast client budgets and keep these updated when changes occur.</li>
<li> Be accountable for day-to-day digital client service and delivery, Ensuring digital channel selection is at the required standards and overseeing audits, post campaign analysis and reporting.</li>
<li> Understand commercial and cross sell opportunities associated with clients and generate new revenue opportunities within digital space, in addition to supporting marketing team on digital related new business pitches.</li>

<li> Have strong understanding of consumer led strategic planning and all potential communications channels, from traditional media to digital channels, including emergent channels such as mobile and social.</li>
<li> Possess excellent communication and presentation skills coupled with the ability to sell in both creative and media strategies to senior marketing clients</li>
<li> Be highly competent and fully diverse in using various research tools and integrated marketing communication strategies.</li>
<li> Be a strong team player with excellent management (both up and down), commercial and financial skills.</li>
<li> Posses experience of working on clients across a wide variety of industries, eg finance, drinks, entertainment, automotive, etc.</li>
